Social Media & Publicity Manager / Consultant (Remote & Flexible)

You would be responsible for the following:
- Creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns including strategy, schedule, and content for all our training and consulting programs
- Social media management and content creation including designing content graphics and video content
- Designing marketing materials such as course brochures, flyers, and banners
- Designing landing pages and updating web pages

Program & Outreach Coordinator / Manager (Remote & Flexible)

You would be responsible for the following:
- Managing training programs from pre-launch to close
- Develop and implement a plan for each program launch/cohort
- Maintain program sales pages on the website by including updates to programs including program dates
- Organize and conduct information sessions for programs
- Reach out to registered or interested program participants to provide additional information, find out what program is the best fit, and enroll them into the program
- Coordinate and perform outreach events and initiatives
- Develop and implement initiatives to maintain steady participation and motivation of students throughout the program
- Develop program impact report with analytics, lessons learned, challenges, and innovative solutions after each cohort and an overall biannual report
- Initiate and develop program outreach materials such as program brochures and program benefits materials
- Researching and writing blog posts
Skills required
- Experience making pre-sales calls for training programs and converting them to sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in a remote environment and using own initiative to problem solve and get things done

- Copywriting/Ghostwriting
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Understanding of how to use Google search/Research to find topics and frequently asked questions
- Analytical skills
- Understanding of the KYC process and how to implement it

- CAPM certification
- WordPress knowledge for website sales page design and build
- Previous experience working in a start-up
