Social Media & Publicity Manager / Consultant (Remote & Flexible)

You would be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns including strategy, schedule, and content for all our training and consulting programs
  • Social media management and content creation including designing content graphics and video content
  • Designing marketing materials such as course brochures, flyers, and banners 
  • Designing landing pages and updating web pages

Program & Outreach Coordinator / Manager (Remote & Flexible)

You would be responsible for the following:

  • Managing training programs from pre-launch to close
  • Develop and implement a plan for each program launch/cohort
  • Maintain program sales pages on the website by including updates to programs including program dates
  • Organize and conduct information sessions for programs
  • Reach out to registered or interested program participants to provide additional information, find out what program is the best fit, and enroll them into the program
  • Coordinate and perform outreach events and initiatives 
  • Develop and implement initiatives to maintain steady participation and motivation of students throughout the program
  • Develop program impact report with analytics, lessons learned, challenges, and innovative solutions after each cohort and an overall biannual report
  • Initiate and develop program outreach materials such as program brochures and program benefits materials
  • Researching and writing blog posts 

Skills required

  • Experience making pre-sales calls for training programs and converting them to sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working in a remote environment and using own initiative to problem solve and get things done

  • Understanding of how to use Google search/Research to find topics and frequently asked questions

Desired skills

  • CAPM certification
  • WordPress knowledge for website sales page design and build
  • Previous experience working in a start-up
